Single Rooms & Accent Walls
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, closets and stairways.
Ceilings
Ceiling painting, including after drywall or texture work. Cut in properly at the wall line so the edge is straight from the floor, not just from a ladder.
Trim, Doors & Molding
Baseboards, crown molding, window and door trim, door frames, interior doors and railings. These are the parts that take the longest and show the most.
Surface Preparation
Nail holes filled, minor repairs made, surfaces sanded and caulked, and primer where the wall needs it. Stain-blocking primer goes on when something underneath would otherwise come through.
Masking & Protection
Floors, fixtures and furniture covered and the surrounding surfaces masked before work starts.
